The animated maps were created with Carto. The countries are represented as point and not as polygons since Carto cannot animate them. The colour hue are the same as in the sanitation and water maps. The blue hue represent a relative good access to either water or sanitation. In the red hue the access of water or sanitation is limited. To see the animated maps you can push one of the buttons. The maps get stored on the screen until you clear them with the clear button. Also the animation of the map can be stop. To stop the animation you have to click the pause button on the map.
